For more than sixteen years, I’ve worked inside organizations navigating growth — from global technology companies and Fortune 500 brands to venture-backed startups.
What has stayed with me over time is not the pace of expansion but the people inside it. I’ve always been most fascinated by what pressure reveals: the quality of leadership, the resilience of culture, the subtle distance that can emerge between intention and behavior. It tests judgment, it clarifies values, and it surfaces character.
This human dimension has shaped the work to which I’m most drawn — mental health and women’s health, the humanization of AI, and the evolving structures of connection in a world that feels increasingly fragmented.
I’m currently building, advising, and writing at the intersection of those themes.
Currently based in Brooklyn, NYC.
