Thanks for stopping by! Instead of using this space to highlight things I’ve done, I’d rather attempt to describe who I am. I am, like you, all of my parts; a few of mine: builder; excavator; Aries; captain; empath; futurist; helper; extroverted introvert; recovering maximizer; goofball; aesthete; disruptor; storyteller; daydreamer; cookie monster.

I occasionally write and speak about questions that make me scratch my head. At the moment, I’m interested in the ways we chart a purposeful career, the future of work, modern conscious dating, the power of our words, the un-frivolity of beauty, and how cool it is to be warm. More on that later.

I’m also a builder, a technologist & an early entrepreneur. Currently, I am focused on mental healthcare, from the way we deliver care to the care itself; women’s healthcare, with a focus on fertility preservation; young people’s wellbeing, from children, teens, to college students; the loneliness epidemic & the critical role of tightly-knit community; cultivating resilience; modern dating & the quest for life partnership; and longevity.
